At Paul Green, we are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your luxury footwear. If your purchase is not the perfect fit, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Footwear

  Place the unworn shoes in their original branded box and secure them inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
